We were so happy to be part of Sharon and Aadam’s wedding day at the beautiful Bilbirnie House.
If you haven’t been to Bilbirnie House before, it is honestly one of those venues that just works for photography. Great spaces, gorgeous grounds, and a character to the building that gives you something interesting to shoot around every corner.
Sharon and Aadam went all out with their Christmas theme, and the decorations throughout the venue were absolutely beautiful. Honestly, walking in and seeing everything dressed up for Christmas made it feel like something straight out of a festive film set. It added a real warmth and atmosphere to the whole day that came through in every single image.
Winter weddings do come with their challenges when it comes to daylight, but that is honestly part of what makes them so enjoyable to shoot. The low light, the candles, the fairy lights, the festive glow, it all adds up to something a bit different and a lot special.
We turn the darker nights into an opportunity. We get the flashes out and get creative with it.
Sharon and Aadam were a joy to work with, and their guests made the day everything it should be. Big congratulations to the two of them, we loved every minute of being part of it!
