We had the privilege of joining Scott & Hannah on their wedding day, set in the heart of Edinburgh City Centre.
We started off the day with the lovely couple at the Hoxton hotel in the west end of Edinburgh, where they were getting ready. We tried to meld into the background, while capturing fine details and candid shots along the way, while also being on hand to help the couple with anything that crops up.
Once we were ready to get underway, we hopped in a taxi to take us to Dunbar’s close, which is just off the Royal Mile, right in the heart of Edinburgh City Centre. As always, we stood in the background capturing as many candid photographs as possible, making sure no emotion was missed.
The ceremony itself was set in the gardens of Dunbar’s close, which made for a serene backdrop. There was a slight drizzle of rain, but thankfully we had Anna on hand, who took a break from second shooting and held up the umbrella while the ceremony was underway, so that the couple didn’t have to worry about getting soaked!
After the ceremony, we captured the usual group shots and took a walk up towards Edinburgh City chambers to grab a few final shots of Scott & Hannah, before parting for the day.
Overall we had an amazing time working with Scott & Hannah on their wedding day and we wish them all the best in their married life.
