We had the pleasure of photographing Kate and Tony’s wedding day at the beautiful Edinburgh City Chambers, which is an iconic venue, surrounded by historic charm. The beautiful couple exchanged their vows in a heartfelt ceremony filled with laughter and joy. The Edinburgh City Chambers, is set against the stunning backdrop of Edinburgh’s Royal Mile, providing a magical setting, that made for unforgettable photos.
The meal – Scotts Kitchen
After the ceremony, we all took a relaxed stroll through Edinburgh’s bustling streets. The entire wedding party walked from the City Chambers, to Scott’s Kitchen, which is a cozy and welcoming venue in the heart of Edinburgh.
At Scott’s Kitchen, we all enjoyed delicious food and a warm atmosphere. It was a lovely moment of downtime, where everyone got to relax, mingle and unwind after the ceremony.
We had some time after the meal to venture onto the iconic Victoria street for a small couples session, where we got some pictures of the couple against the stunning backdrop that Victoria street has to offer.
The party! – Voodoo Rooms
To wrap up their incredible day, Kate and Tony chose the Voodoo Rooms, an iconic venue known for its stylish interiors and vibrant atmosphere. Here, the celebrations transitioned seamlessly into an energetic evening filled with laughter, dancing, and great music. The Voodoo Rooms provided the ideal backdrop for an unforgettable party, capturing the couple’s fun-loving spirit and leaving lasting memories for everyone present. Kate and Tony’s Edinburgh wedding was truly a beautiful celebration from start to finish.
Edinburgh City Chambers – A Beautiful Place to Say “I Do”
We love photographing weddings at the Edinburgh City Chambers. It’s such a charming and historic venue, right in the heart of Edinburgh. With it being located right off the Royal mile, it’s easy to get to with public transport and is a short walk from many historic buildings, such as Edinburgh Castle!.
The architecture at the Edinburgh City Chambers and the surrounding buildings, make for an amazing backdrop in pictures. Edinburgh really leaves you spoiled for choice!
