We recently had the chance to photograph Jenna and Sam at the Edinburgh Botanic Gardens, and it turned out to be an amazing session. The Edinburgh Botanic Gardens is the perfect spot for a couple shoot, especially when the sun is out but not too strong. We started near the main entrance, surrounded by neatly arranged flowerbeds that provided a lovely, colorful backdrop for those first few shots.
As we walked deeper into the gardens, we explored the winding paths and hidden nooks. We had some pretty strong direct sunlight, so we were constantly on the hunt for some shade, but that just keeps it interesting! Throughout the couples session, Jenna and Sam were so easy going and full of laughter, making our job so easy and helped us capture lots of candid moments that really show their connection.
By the time we wrapped up, we had a collection of images that felt genuine and fresh.
Jenna & Sam have us booked to photograph their wedding in Edinburgh next year and we can’t wait to see them again to capture their wedding day!
